Six months is ideal, but we regularly accommodate shorter timelines. Start with a call or the contact form and we'll walk you through options.
What if my recipient isn't home?+
Our drivers follow your delivery instructions. We can leave flowers in a safe spot, call ahead, or attempt a redelivery. For funeral and hospital deliveries we go directly to reception or staff.
Can I schedule delivery for a specific time?+
We offer delivery windows — morning, afternoon, or evening. Specific-time delivery is available for an added fee; call us to arrange.
Do you deliver to Manhattan or upstate?+
Not with our own drivers, but we partner with trusted florists nationwide for out-of-area orders. Call the shop and we'll coordinate.
Can I request specific flowers?+
Absolutely — note it in the order or call ahead. Availability changes with the season, but if it's in the market that morning we'll do our best to use it.
